Refund policy

Conditions of exchange and/or return

    If, once the goods have been received, the customer is not satisfied, it is possible to make exchanges or returns within 14 days from the date of receipt (Legislative Decree 206/2005), provided that the garment has not been used or damaged and is carefully packaged or possibly with the original packaging. Exchanges or returns of used or damaged garments will not be accepted (unless it is a defect). For reasons of hygiene, toiletries are equipped with a protective system that prevents them from being tested or used. If you want to return this type of item, you must keep the label and protective device.

     Exchanges and returns with home collection service

    Exchanges or returns of items purchased through this website can be made through the home collection service. Customers who wish to exchange or return an item through the home collection service will need to contact our customer care via email at customercare@lambitelli.com or WhatsApp and by calling +39 0280889479. Once the request is confirmed, the courier will contact the customer to define a date and time slot for collection. Costs for the collection and return of the return will be deducted from the refund of the price paid for the item(s) purchased. For Italy these costs will be € 5.00 and for Europe € 15.00. For the rest of the world these costs will be in line with the costs incurred by Lambitelli for collection, charges and duties.

    Refunds

      After receiving the product(s), it will be verified that they are in good condition. If the customer has requested an exchange, the requested product(s) will be sent. In the case of a return, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund process may take 3 to 12 business days from the moment the merchandise is received. Once the condition of the returned items has been checked, the refund will be processed (the costs paid by the customer at the time of order will not be refunded). The customer will be informed via email. For non-EU countries, customs duties, fees, and taxes paid by the customer at the time of the order will not be refunded.

      If a different item from the one requested is sent by mistake, or if the item sent has quality defects, after verifying the error or defect and collecting the merchandise via home courier pickup, the amount for the returned item and any shipping costs paid by the customer will be refunded.
