1. Exchange and/or return conditions
If, once the goods have been received, the customer is not satisfied, it is possible to make changes or returns within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the garment has not been used or damaged and is packaged with care or possibly with the original packaging. Changes or returns of used or damaged garments will not be accepted (unless it is a defect). For hygiene reasons, toiletries are equipped with a protection system that prevents them from being tested or used. If you want to return this type of items, you must keep the label and protection device.
2. In-store changes and/or returns
Items purchased through this website are part of the collection of items sold at physical stores and you can make, based on in-store inventory, changes or returns directly at the stores that you can find in the Boutiques section. All items can be returned to stores within 30 days of the delivery date.
3. Changes and returns with free home pick-up service
Changes or returns of items purchased through this website can be made through the home pick-up service. Customers who wish to change or return an item through the home pick-up service should contact our customer care by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the request is confirmed, the carrier will contact the customer to define a date and time slot for pick-up.
After receiving the product(s), it will be verified that it is/are in good condition and the requested product(s) will be sent in case the customer has requested a change or refund of the amount with the same payment method used for the purchase in the case of return. Refund times can be from 3 to 12 working days from the moment you receive the returned goods. Once the status of the returned items is verified, the customer will be notified by email. The returned items will always be refunded with the same payment method used at the time of purchase. In the event that an item other than the one requested is sent by mistake or the quality of the submitted item is not satisfactory, after verifying the error or defect, the amount of the returned item and the shipping costs will be refunded.
